RETURNS:

1) If a customer has ‘accepted’ an item, but later discovers a fault which cannot be fixed under warranty job.

2) Customer has 14 days by law to return the item in unused condition if the product is bought online however the

customer is only entitled to receive 70% of the original item value.

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED:

1) knew an item was faulty when they bought it.

2) no longer want an item eg because it’s the wrong size or color, all details must be discussed via phone or

e-mail.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

1) Seller Wychavon Trailers guarantees high quality and good working condition of the product, which was sold with this

warranty card. The product needs to be operated in accordance with the specification of use.

2) Warranty period is counted from the date of sale of this product to the buyer, which is confirmed by the seller on

Warranty card there are two different types of warranty:

a) 12 months standard warranty

b) 24 months warranty, buyer need to come and do every 6 months a trailer service, cost of service is from £50

depending on trailer (£100/ £150 if its car transporter) + VAT (no spare parts include)

3) All faults or manufacturing defects found in the product during the warranty period will be fixed for free by our authorized

specialist.

4) Time of dealing with a complaint is 21 working days from the date of complaint. Or period agreed upon by both sides.

5) To make a claim we will need the original approval certificate, Invoice and Warranty Card. All repairs will take place on

our yard and the trailer or the accessories will need to be delivered to our yard by the customer (we do not refund any

delivery or traveling cost for the warranty period)

WARRANTY EXCLUDES:

1) Parts that have a fixed life span or their life span depends on exploitation such as bulbs, fuses, tyres, bearings in

terms of ‘’ wear and tear’’, brakes drums and shoes, brakes wires, coupling devices, etc.

2) Change of color of parts. Parts which can be a natural change occurring weather condition or nature of item eg:

Covers fading from sunlight, Dullness in the appearance of the galvanized steel again due to nature and weather

conditions.

3) Defects, faults, and extraordinary usage as a result of:

a) Incorrect distributed weight, overloading, excessive towing speed, towing by unqualified drivers and exploiting

with broken parts (faulty tire, etc.)

b) Structural changes and alterations to the construction made by the user or third party

c) Repairing product by unauthorized people when product is still under warranty ( Always contact Wychavon

Trailers first ) whilst the product is still under warranty original parts are to be used ONLY.

4) Damages caused by users or third parties or actions of eternal forces and factors of accidents.

5) Buyer has no right to any warranty if any of our company labels have been removed.
