COVID 19 UPDATE - READ CAREFULLY
In wake of the Covid 19 pandemic, Royal Mail is exceptionally overwhelmed and delayed. We're experiencing extreme numbers of reports of items being delayed by up to 2 weeks. Please understand that some items do arrive on time, while others are experiencing these unprecedented delays. Telling us that another item you've ordered has arrived on time is not in any way proving that Royal Mail is not experiencing delays. This item will be using different delivery drivers and depots to our items.
Please do not send us messages regarding delay, or open cases against us until at least 2 WEEKS FROM ORDER HAVE ELAPSED. As a high number of orders are taking this long to arrive, we are not declaring any items as being lost until this date. We will not send replacements or issue refunds until this date has passed. No exceptions. If you've purchased 1st or 2nd class your item is untracked and we are unable to tell you where it is and when it will arrive. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US.
As we are receiving 50+ messages / cases requesting information about delays every day, responses are likely to be slower than usual, but we are trying our best to keep up. We expect all customers to act in a mature fashion in relation to this situation and will not accept aggression or rudeness in the face of an issue we have absolutely no control over.
Goods are warrantied for 1 month from purchase from manufacture defects. This does not cover customer abuse or incorrect installation.
By completing the purchase of one of our items you are accepting occasional email marketing from Alegree which can be opted out of at any time.
Please note that we will only send items to your registered ebay/Paypal address.
Returns marked as falsely 'not as described' forfeit the cost ebay automatically charges us from the total refund. The determination of if the item is 'not as described' is solely Alegree's. This term overrides a determination any and all eBay representatives may make on if the item is as described.
Any faulty (upon delivery) or non-delivery of items MUST BE reported to us within a month of the expected delivery date. We exempt any liability for faulty (upon delivery) or lost items outside this time period.
