At The Scratch Store we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Goods may only be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery and all items must be in 'as new condition'. For an item to be in 'as new condition' it must be unmarked,complete with all manuals and accessories, and all packaging must be present and not defaced in any way. A restocking charge may be applied on items returned under these conditions.
Any goods returned whose condition does not satisfy all requirements listed above will only be accepted entirely at the discretion of the company. These goods are subject to the following charges:
20% re-stocking fee for items returned for refund
10% re-stocking fee for items returned for exchange
With the exception of damaged/faulty goods, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us.
Faulty/damaged goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item is in 'as new condition' (see above). If the faulty/damaged item is not in 'as new condition' or was delivered more than 14 days previously, again the items may only be accepted at the discretion of the company.
In regards to faulty products, we test all returned goods and reserve the right to return the product to you at your expense if we cannot reproduce or agree the fault is a manufacturing fault.
In the event that your order is damaged in the post, PLEASE ENSURE THE GOODS REMAIN SEALED.. Refunds will not be made if the item has been opened or if we deem that the customer is responsible for the damage caused. Photographic evidence of the damage is compulsory for any item to be considered for a return.
Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyer and exceptions.
