Faulty / Damaged Items - Returns

We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid / buying amount at our discretion. Any refund amount will only cover the amount of your purchase bid and will not include any postage and packaging.

However if a Buyer want to change the delivery address then need to contact us via eBay before make a payment.

We do accept returns. However if a customer missed the delivery two time and we received the item back from the courier , Then buyer need to pay £3.50 for redelivery or we can issue refund by deducting the delivery cost £3.50.
